The Junya Watanabe A/W collection was an interpretation of men’s coatings and tailoring, with a spin on simplicity through a multitude of fabrications. Suits were a little tighter than I would personally like against the body; there were mod elements with the models’ bowl cuts and cuffed skinny cropped trousers. (Watanabe also went to the other side and did wide, too.) But coats were king of them all and took over most the looks; here are some of my favourites from the collection.
