Longines Heritage Military COSD Reissued

If it's old and it's still classified as "cool" then it's a classic, better yet how about we take something that is old, remake it but with today's technology and materials? I love when companies and brands see the worth in this bar Delorean (Sorry). When I first saw this watch I wanted it, I have a similar watch but it's not on par quality-wise but that's what I do I upgrade certain things in my wardrobe. I think the more I learn about watches the more I am starting to really know what kind of watch is for me, simple, not to big and easy to wear with my whole wardrobe. Here's a little info on this beautiful timepiece.

Originally issued to British paratroopers back in the 1940s, Longines’ Heritage Military COSD made a return for the end of 2015. Housed in a 40mm steel case, the design features Longines’ proprietary caliber L619.2 movement and maintains a timeless military-inspired look thanks to its olive NATO strap and clean dial. Each opaline dial features a chapter ring of large Arabic numerals while the 24-hour scale comes in red with blue hands. The matte black dial, on the other hand, sports rhodium-plated hands for an added touch.
