Pitti Uomo Day 3 Outfit
Sponsored by ASUS Australia, Photos by Jamie Ferguson
Florence turned the waterworks on today for day 3 of Pitti Uomo and like a broken seal it didn’t stop all day/night! I was in for a long day so I needed an outfit I would be warm and comfortable in and out of the rain. After a few meetings in the morning, I headed to the Fortezza with umbrella in hand. I really have to give props to the photographers still getting their work done in the rain, I would have ran for shelter. Today’s outfit featured an up and coming collaboration of mine with Hermen Menswear here in Australia, a soft tailored peacoat styled jacket with a belt that is meant to be worn as more of a jacket than a coat. A warm roll neck which I have become a custom to wearing on the colder days and corduroy pants, which for some reason get the old man stamp but if you get a tailored pair they are amazing in winter. Today’s shoes are a collaboration between Christian Kimber & Eidos Napoli with a hybrid take on a Superga tennis shoe and a DC skate shoe. Due to the cold rainy weather I threw on my new scarf from Gutteridge, my waterproof Barbour jacket and my new Tailfeather canvas tote so carrier my work in.
